What clients say.

Ratio brought a level of regulatory fluency we haven't seen from outside advisors. They knew the decision-makers, understood the sequencing, and kept us out of problems before they happened.

Land Development Director

Alberta residential developer

We had a mandate and a board that believed in it, but no clear path to execution. Lindsay and Gord helped us build the governance structure and the funding strategy simultaneously. We wouldn't have moved without them.

Executive Director

Regional nonprofit housing society

The grant application they prepared for us was the most thorough submission our funders said they'd seen in years. It showed — we were approved at first review.

VP Development
